Frankston Practice Networks (Change Management & Continence Management education)
Frankston Practice Network Meeting
This first practice network meeting of 2019 will be a breakfast meeting and includes a 2 hour education session on the following topics:
- For Practice Managers - Change Management
- For Practice Nurses - Best Practice Continence Management (bladder & bowel) delivered by a Continence Nurse Consultant from Continence Victoria
Q&A and networking opportunities will ensure you have ample time to share and learn from colleagues working in general practice across the SEMPHN catchment.
All attendees will get a certificate which can be used as evidence of CPD (two hours).
Time: 8am - 11am (breakfast and registration from 8am. Presentations will begin at 8.30am)
Venue: Functions by the Bay (Frankston Football Club), Cnr Young St & Plowman Pl, Frankston, 3199.
Parking: Free on-street parking available

Get together with, and learn from, your peers, presenters and invited guests.
Supported by SEMPHN, there is opportunities for networking and peer support, including a dedicated online forum to ask questions of each other, stay connected, and share information and resources.
The Networks are provided at no cost. A light meal (breakfast or dinner) will be served.
