Quality Improvement in Your Practice - including the PIP QI (Dandenong Practice Manager Network Meeting)
NOTE: This event is for Practice Managers working in the SEMPHN catchment.
This education program and has been developed specifically for Practice Managers and is being delivered as part of SEMPHN's Practice Networking Meetings.
Practice Network Meetings provide an opportunity for Practice Managers across the region to come together to learn and network.
Come along to the December Practice Manager's Network event and learn about:
- The PIP QI
- Quality Improvement; what it is when done well
- How to identify quality activities that engage with your team
- Real examples in our region
- Tools and help that SEMPHN can offer
- Sharing QI outcomes with your team and patients.
Please note: Practice Nurses have a concurrent education/networking activity at the same time and at the same venue.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance for 2 hours of education.
Free but registration is essential. A light meal will be provided from 8:00am. Presentations will begin promptly at 8:30am.
