Quality Improvement & Practice Budgeting (Frankston Practice Network Mtg)
Quality Improvement & Business Strategy to Improve Profitability and Performance (Practice Manager Network Meeting)
This education program has been developed specifically for Practice Managers and is being delivered as part of SEMPHN's Practice Networking Meetings.
Practice Network Meetings provide an opportunity for Practice Managers across the region to come together to learn and network.
This session is designed for the many Practice Managers who are apprehensive about the imminent change to Practice Incentives Payments (PiP), want to know more about PIP QI, and stifle an inward groan when the subject of creating a budget is raised.
The presentation also aims to equip Practice Managers with:
- the tools to create an effective budget;
- forecasting income by a practitioner from 'the ground up';
- using historical data to accurately determine your expenses;
- information about the federal budget and what impact this could have on your practice budget deliberations.
Please note: Practice Nurses have a concurrent education/networking activity at the same time and at the same venue.
This activity will be presented by
- Brett McPherson, Medical Business Services
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance for 2 hours of education.
Free but registration is essential. A light meal will be provided from 8.00am. Presentations will begin promptly at 8.30am.
Please register for the Frankston Meeting by clicking on the 'Register Now' button above.
If you can't make this session, consider attending our Dandenong Network Meeting where the same topic will be delivered in the evening.
