Enhancing Team Performance: Getting the Best from Your Team (Dandenong Practice Manager Network Meeting)
This education program and has been developed specifically for Practice Managers and is being delivered as part of SEMPHN's Practice Networking Meetings.
Practice Network Meetings provide an opportunity for Practice Managers across the region to come together to learn and network.
1. Evaluating performance and understanding performance gaps.
2. Workforce planning and professional development.
3. Effective management for healthy teams.
4. Performance tools and how to use them.
Please note: Practice Nurses have a concurrent education/networking activity at the same time and at the same venue.
This activity will be presented by

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance for 2 hours of education.
Free but registration is essential. A light meal will be provided from 8:00am. Presentations will begin promptly at 8:30am.
