For General Practice
Health workforce is a priority area of South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (SEMPHN). We are committed to providing support to staff who work in general practice, including General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Practice Managers, Practice Owners and Administration staff.
General Practice is central to good health outcomes and system reform. SEMPHN wants strong primary health care services available to all people in our region – especially those who are vulnerable and/or have chronic health conditions.
SEMPHN works directly with primary health providers to improve health outcomes for patients.
