For Health Professionals
Health professionals who work in primary care are critical to good health outcomes. SEMPHN wants strong primary health care services available to all people in our region – especially those who are vulnerable and/or have chronic health conditions.
SEMPHN works with primary health providers to improve health outcomes for patients and community members. Resources are available for allied health professionals, aged care workers, aboriginal health workers and others.
