HealthDirect VideoCall

VideoCall enables clinics to have their own dedicated link for patients, who can launch the video by tapping on the link. If you're using the bulk billed MBS telehealth items you can access VideoCall for free via SEMPHN. If your clinicians are interested in using video, you've read the HealthVitalIT guide, and you'd like to try VideoCall, contact This email address is being protected from spambots. Specialist Telehealth

Medicare Benefit Schedule (MBS) items exist for Specialists to undertake video consultations with patients in RACFs anywhere in Australia. GPs can also claim for patient–end support.
