If you're using the bulk billed MBS telehealth items you can access VideoCall for free via SEMPHN. Specialist Telehealth
Medicare Benefit Schedule (MBS) items exist for Specialists to undertake video consultations with patients in RACFs anywhere in Australia. GPs can also claim for patient–end support.
