Everyone should feel supported in their grief and loss and accept it as a normal human experience. However, 1 in 10 bereaved people will develop a chronic form of grief, impairing both mental and physical health.
The service supports consumers, family members and carers who are experiencing loss and grief. These services specifically address the local needs of culturally and linguistically diverse people, consumers with mental ill-health, as well as people who work in emergency services and youth.
