- Welcoming patients and managing check-ins/check-outs<br>- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries<br>- Booking and managing appointments across multiple practitioners<br>- Processing Medicare and private billings<br>- Assisting clinical staff with administrative support<br>- Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and organised<br><br><br>

Essential selection criteria

- Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role preferred<br>- Strong communication and customer service skills<br>- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure<br>- Familiarity with medical software (e.g., Best Practice or similar) is a plus<br>- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.<br><br>
