Our Access & Referral (A&R) team provides up-to-date access, information and support regarding SEMPHN-funded mental health and alcohol and other drug services.
The Access & Referral team also has extensive knowledge of other local community and health supports.

A&R will be closed on Thurs 22 May and will re-open at 8.30 am on Fri 23 May. We will endeavour to return calls and review referrals on the next working business day. A&R will not triage or process any referrals during this time.
