TIS National delivers the Free Interpreting Service on behalf of the Australian Government. Using the Free Interpreting Service is easy and convenient. It is quick and simple for service providers to register and they can be connected to a phone interpreter within a few minutes.

The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) is an interpreting service provided by the Department of Home Affairs for people with limited English language proficiency and for agencies and businesses that need to communicate with their non-English speaking clients.
TIS National Doctors Priority Line
Private medical practitioners can access the Free Interpreting Service to provide Medicare-rebatable services to anyone in Australia who is eligible for Medicare.
