Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**<br>- Provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment within your scope of practice<br>- Collaborate closely with GPs, allied health professionals, and support staff<br>- Contribute to chronic disease management, preventive health, and acute care services<br>- Support care plans, medication reviews, and referrals as appropriate<br>- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical governance standards<br><br>

Essential selection criteria

- Registered with AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner<br>- Excellent clinical judgement and ability to work independently<br>- Strong communication and team collaboration skills<br>- Passionate about patient-centred care and community wellbeing<br><br>
