Job Description

\*Comprehensive Health Assessments, GP Management Plans (GPMP), and Care Plans<br>\*Wound care and chronic disease management<br>\*Assisting with minor procedures<br>\*Health screenings and assessments<br>\*Cold chain monitoring<br>\*Managing patient recalls and reminders<br>\*Restocking medical consumables and vaccines<br>\*Other general nursing duties as required<br>

Essential selection criteria

\*Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse<br>\*Current Police Check<br>\*Strong computer and clinical documentation skills<br>\*Ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and work autonomously<br>\*Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude<br>

Desirable selection criteria

\*Previous experience in general practice (preferred but not essential)<br>\*Use of Best Practice Software (preferred but not essential)<br>

The Medical Clinic is a long-established, community-focused general practice with locations in Beaconsfield and Belgrave South, in Melbourne's outer south-eastern suburbs. For over 20 years, we have been proudly supporting the health and wellbeing of our local community. Our Beaconsfield site is conveniently located next to a pharmacy, with pathology onsite and radiology and specialist services close by.
