Job Description
### **The Role**<br>As Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone and helping the clinic grow. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to:<br>- Manage the day-to-day running of the clinic with warmth and professionalism<br>- Support and grow a positive team culture where staff feel supported and inspired<br>- Drive growth and continue to develop the clinic as a thriving health destination with a strong team around it.<br>- Assist with doctor recruitment and onboarding to build a strong clinical team<br>- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and safe clinical practices<br>- Ensure patients enjoy an excellent experience each time they visit<br><br>### About You<br>We’re looking for someone who is not just experienced, but also passionate about people and community. Essential selection criteria
- Previous experience managing and developing GP clinics (essential)<br>- Proven ability to manage small business/office including human resources, planning, budgeting & reporting (minimum of two years’ experience in this role).<br>- Financial literacy<br>- Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office applications including MS Word and Excel.<br>- The ability to communicate with a range of people<br>
Desirable selection criteria
- Previous experience with practice accreditation<br>- Completion of an accredited bookkeeping course and/or knowledge of Xero software<br>- CPR/Triage training within the past 3 years or willingness to participate in training.<br>- Knowledge in appointment scheduling, record management and clinic management software (Best Practice). <br>- Previous experience with AutoMed, Cubiko, Tanda Time & Attendance software<br>- Accredited training in business or medical practice management/ knowledge of medical terminology<br>- Member of AAPM<br>
