Practice Networks
SEMPHN is committed to providing support to staff working in primary care, and supporting and establishing local professional networks for Practice Nurses, Practice Managers and Practice Owners.
Practice Network Events:
Education, training and network opportunities are available to all Practice Manager and Practice Nurses in the South East catchment.
The Practice Network Meetings are held every second month simultaneously for 2.5 hours. Meetings are held in both Frankston and Dandenong and alternate between breakfast/evening events.
Each meeting presents a different topic and key speaker and all participants receive a Statement of Attendance. Participants also have the opportunity for informal networking with other practice and SEMPHN staff during these meetings.

Basecamp for Practice Managers and Nurses:
SEMPHN offers an online platform called Basecamp to enable practices to stay connected and share information and resources with their peers.
Practice Managers and Practice Nurses in the catchment can join Basecamp by requesting it either through their Provider Support Officer or by contacting SEMPHN.
