Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable **Casual Medical Receptionist** to join our friendly team across both clinic locations. This casual position will primarily provide cover for **annual leave and sick leave** of permanent staff.<br>The successful applicant will enjoy working in a busy general practice environment and demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing excellent patient care and administrative support.<br>

Essential selection criteria

- Previous experience working in a General Practice Clinic (essential)<br>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br>- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team<br>- Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and professionalism<br>- Best Practice software experience essential<br>- Flexibility to work shifts between **8:00am and 8:00pm**<br>- Availability to cover **annual leave and sick leave** as required<br><br>

- A genuine desire to support patients, clinical staff, and General Practitioners<br>- A positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment<br>- Interest in developing skills and taking on additional responsibilities over time<br><br>
