Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated **Registered Nurse** to join our team on a **casual basis**. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys a fast-paced general practice setting and is committed to delivering excellent patient care.<br>The position focuses on supporting and expanding **Comprehensive Health Assessments** and **Chronic Condition Management** for eligible patients. You will work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>- Cold chain management<br>- Patient recalls and reminders<br>- Wound care and dressing management<br>- Health screenings and assessments<br>- Chronic Condition Management Plan<br>- Assisting GPs with minor procedures<br>- Vaccine and medical supply stock management<br>- General nursing duties as required<br><br>

Essential selection criteria

- Current **AHPRA registration** as a Registered Nurse<br>- Current **National Police Check**<br>- Strong computer literacy<br>- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively<br>- Positive, professional, and patient-focused approach<br>- Willingness to learn and develop within the role<br>_Previous experience in general practice is desirable but not essential._<br>Desirable Knowledge & Experience<br>- Health Assessments<br>- General Practitioner Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)<br><br>
