Job Description
Surrey Street Family Clinic in Mornington is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to work 1-2 days per week on a casual basis. <br>
Essential selection criteria
**• **AHPRA‑registered nurse with general practice/primary care experience.<br>**• **Strong clinical skills and a warm patient‑centred approach.<br>**• **Confidence and Proficience in immunisations, wound care, health <br> assessments, chronic disease management, assisting in procedures, & <br> Iron infusions. <br>**• **A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.<br>
Desirable selection criteria
Experience using Best Practice Software. <br>
