Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organised receptionist to support the day-to-day operations of our GP Medical Practice on a part-time basis.<br><br>Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, answering phones, processing patient billing, and providing general administrative support to clinicians and the practice team.<br> <br> The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidence using practice software, and the ability to maintain a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical practice reception is required.<br> <br>This role is suited to someone who is reliable, warm, and highly organised.<br>

Essential selection criteria

 • Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role<br> • Professional, courteous manner with patients and colleagues<br> • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail<br> • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy clinical environment<br> • Reliable and committed to consistent attendance<br> • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team<br>
