Job Description

\- Patient services including booking appointments, greeting patients both face to face and over the phone<br>-Data Entry<br>\- Ensure that every phone call is handled in a courteous and professional manner and that all visitors are appropriately attended to<br>\- Ensure the safe keep of information displayed for patient use and update it regularly<br>\- Ensure the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence<br>\- Ensure all task are actioned smoothly and efficiently<br>\- Ensure that the premises are kept tidy and clean at all times. Ensure the maintenance of the reception/admin office, waiting room, staff area, and treatment room<br>\- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines<br>\- Ensure records are kept properly so that they can be easily retrieved for review when needed by relevant personnel<br>\- Provide support, mostly administrative to other members of staff according to the directives of the manager<br>\- Applicant with experience with Best Practice favorable<br>

Essential selection criteria

We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionists to join Rise Medical Centre Officer.<br>The role includes a roster of early morning, afternoon and weekend shifts with opportunities to grow and expand as the business does.<br>
