A free program providing temporary support to people with substance misuse while connecting them with long-term care.

The Alcohol and Drug Liaison Outreach Work (ADLOW) Program assists people who are experiencing substance misuse through brief intervention and short-term case management while they get connected with longer-term AOD supports.
