Job Description

## Full time RN<br>- Provide clinical nursing care in accordance with professional standards and practice policies.<br>- Perform immunisations and maintain vaccine cold-chain management.<br>- Conduct health assessments and preventative health activities.<br>- Assist with chronic disease management, care plans, and health reviews.<br>- Provide wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures.<br>- Assist doctors with minor procedures and clinical treatments.<br>- Perform ECGs, and other clinical assessments as required.<br>- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.<br>- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans.<br>- Monitor and maintain clinical equipment, treatment rooms, and stock levels.<br>- Participate in quality improvement activities and accreditation requirements.<br>- Ensure compliance with infection control policies, privacy legislation, and workplace health and safety standards.<br><br>

Essential selection criteria

Must have previous GP experience and Best Practice Knowledge<br>
