Introducing the new and improved Practice Coaching!

December 5, 2023

SEMPHN’s free online training platform for general practice staff, Practice Coaching, has a new look and improved functionality.

Health workforce development is one of the key priorities outlined for Primary Health Networks. To support this, SEMPHN provides online education for general practices via an e-learning platform called Practice Coaching. SEMPHN offers this education as part of the strategic plan to build capacity for high quality, accessible, integrated and vibrant primary health care.

We’re pleased to present the latest update to Practice Coaching!

What’s new?

  • Practice Coaching has a new look and feel that visually aligns with other SEMPHN products.
  • Users can easily access an improved personal learning journey, including tracking their progress on the ‘My Learning’ dashboard.
  • Training histories are available to download to provide proof of continuing professional development (CPD).
  • Users can easily and securely change their passwords through a self-managed online process.
  • Users can easily explore a full catalogue of available learning modules (including several new modules).
  • Each user will require a unique login.

What hasn’t changed?

  • The website URL has remained the same: www.practicecoaching.com.au
  • Practice Coaching remains an e-learning platform to support the education/training of general practices
