Menopause Resources

Professional development courses and resources are available for health professionals seeking to increase their understanding of the menopause transition.

The list below includes courses and information suitable for GPs, Aboriginal Health Workers, specialists, allied health workers, nurses and midwives. They help support recognition of menopause and perimenopause presentations, evidence-based management in general practice, and informed discussions with patients.

The Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) Alliance QHUB website provides access to resources, webinars and other educational activities, aimed at increasing professional knowledge and understanding of the evidence-based management of menopause symptoms. The QHUB provides a number of resources including a Clinical Guide for health professionals, and a Decision Aid to support shared decision-making for clinicians and their patients.
