Share your thoughts, make a difference

November 28, 2023

Looking for a way to support local people in need this summer?

This festive season, SEMPHN will be making a donation to WAYSS, a service dedicated to assisting people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or experiencing family violence. We’ve organized a free way for you to contribute! For every response to our survey, SEMPHN will donate $2 to WAYSS.

This donation will support WAYSS to provide access to safe, secure and affordable housing for people at risk of homelessness or experiencing family violence in Greater Dandenong, Casey, Cardinia, Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula.

The festive season is usually celebrated as a time to spend with loved ones, yet for many it is a time of scarcity or fear. Health professionals may come across even more patients who are homeless/at risk of homelessness or experiencing family violence. So, let’s make a difference this season, together.

Need another reason to take part? SEMPHN wants to hear from you in this survey as a valued stakeholder and critical part of primary health in south east Melbourne. So, share your thoughts, make a difference.

The survey closes 15 December 2023.
