Essential selection criteria

You will have clinical autonomy within a predominantly private-billing environment supporting stronger earning potential without relying purely on higher patient volume. Established nursing, reception, administration, management, systems and technology support the consultation and the relationship at its centre.<br><br>A DPA exemption may be available for an eligible GP, subject to eligibility and approval. Relationship-based GPs can struggle in clinics built around transactional care. When speed and volume come first, there is less room to understand the whole person, provide continuity or deliver the follow-up that makes family medicine valuable.<br><br>HealthMint was created around a different patient experience.
