Job Description

- Greet patients and manage reception enquiries professionally.<br>- Schedule and confirm appointments.<br>- Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.<br>- Process payments, Medicare claims and billing.<br>- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.<br>- Provide general administrative support to doctors and clinical staff.<br>

Essential selection criteria

- Previous medical reception or healthcare administration experience preferred.<br>- Strong communication and customer service skills.<br>- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.<br>- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.<br>- Sound computer skills; experience with Best Practice is desirable but not essential.<br>- Understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy requirements.<br>
