Job Description

**Key responsibilities:**<br>- Assess patients’ health conditions and nursing needs.<br>- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.<br>- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.<br>- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress.<br>- Assist with clinical procedures and provide appropriate nursing interventions.<br>- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment, and self-care.<br>- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.<br>- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.<br>- Follow infection-control, workplace-health-and-safety, and professional standards.<br>- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patients’ conditions.<br>- Support patients’ dignity, privacy, comfort, and wellbeing.<br><br>

Essential selection criteria

**Essential requirements:**<br>- Current Registered Nurse registration with the relevant nursing regulatory authority.<br>- Relevant nursing qualification.<br>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.<br>- Sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills.<br>- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.<br><br>
