The Hub brings together key resources in one place, helping clinicians quickly find reliable, up-to-date information to support patient care, without needing to navigate multiple systems.

 Through the platform, primary care professionals can access free clinical guidance via Therapeutic Guidelines, alongside referral information from local public health networks. The Hub also includes direct links to trusted resources such as Healthdirect and Statewide Referral Criteria.

 The Hub has been developed in collaboration with clinicians across the region, with input gathered through in-person workshops and online testing to ensure it is practical and user-friendly.
