my health app - Reminder for patients

December 3, 2025

Since the publication of this article, my health app has been renamed 1800MEDICARE.

As the festive season approaches, it is a timely reminder of the benefits of the my health app and promoting it to your patients.

With patients travelling over the summer months, having access to their medical records, electronic prescriptions and Active Script Lists that have been uploaded to their My Health Record will help them if an emergency arises.

It’s fast, easy, and secure - and they can access and share it all from the palm of their hand.

Consider displaying a poster in your waiting room, with details of how to download the my health app (now renamed 1800MEDICARE).
